Career Overview
Socci Art Consultancy developed from a career spent working with collections in museums, galleries, heritage centres and country houses. These roles shaped my approach and laid the foundations for the services I offer today. Alongside my consultancy, I continue to work with collections in a current role at Delapré Abbey.
Responsible for documentation and collections care of Delapré Abbey’s collections. Work to date has included cataloguing, loans management, and contributions to conservation planning. Also supporting the Abbey’s progress toward Museum Accreditation.
Responsible for the care, documentation and interpretation of the Fine and Decorative Art Collections, curating multiple exhibitions and collaborating with artists, lecturers, and national partners. Managed volunteer teams, coordinated workshops, talks, and produced digital content.
Supported collections management, environmental monitoring, and conservation cleaning. Co-curated a 1960s exhibition and redeveloped displays with new interpretation, including designing and printing vinyl panels and wall murals. Also undertook retrospective documentation to enhance collections records.
